1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using the Reboot app ("the App"), you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part, you must stop using the App immediately.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

You may NOT:

• ❌ Copy or modify the App
• ❌ Resell or redistribute the App
• ❌ Reverse engineer the code
• ❌ Use the App for illegal purposes
• ❌ Attempt to hack the App or its servers

3. Account and Subscription

3.1 Free Account

You can use the App for free with limited core features:

• Up to 5 habits
• Occasional ads
• Basic revival features

3.2 Premium Subscription

Premium subscription unlocks:

• Unlimited habits
• No ads
• Instant revival
• Advanced insights
• Cloud backup

3.3 Pricing and Payment

• Monthly: $4.99
• Yearly: $29.99 (Save 50%)
• Amounts are automatically charged to your Google Play account
• Subscription auto-renews until canceled

3.4 Cancellation and Refunds

• You can cancel anytime from Google Play settings
• You keep access until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for previous billing periods
• If there is an issue, contact us within 7 days

3.5 Free Trial

If you are eligible for the 7-day free trial:

• Billing starts automatically after the trial ends
• You can cancel before the trial ends with no charge
• Trial is available once per user only

4. User Conduct

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of data you enter in the App
• Keeping a backup of your data
• Your device's security
• Not using the App in a harmful way

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Any direct or indirect damages resulting from using the App
• Data loss for any reason
• Inaccuracy of results or statistics
• Service interruptions or technical errors
• Issues with third-party services (Google AdMob, RevenueCat)

Our maximum liability: does not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights to the App (code, design, logo, name) are owned by us. You may NOT:

• Use the name "Reboot" or its logo
• Claim the App is yours
• Copy the design or code

7. Ads

The App shows ads from Google AdMob. You agree to:

• Ads appearing in the free version
• Not interfering with ad display
• AdMob possibly personalizing ads based on your behavior

8. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or permanently stop the App or any feature
• Modify or delete any content
• Revoke your access to paid services if you violate these terms

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App. Your continued use means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of your country. Any dispute is resolved amicably, and if not possible, through the competent judicial authorities.
